Institute's folk evening

The whole family of the Institute of Estonian and General Linguistics is invited to the folk evening on February 20, where instruments are played, traditional dances are performed and regi songs are sung. The event will take place at the Institute of German Culture at Kastani 1.

During the evening, you will be introduced to the Estonian tradition of singing and playing instruments, dance folk dances and sing regi songs together. The duo Kentsakad will entertain guests with music.

The event is organized by our undergraduate students Kertu and Mia, who are actively involved with traditional culture through signing folk songs and playing folk instruments.

Good mood, refreshments, foot-tapping music, fun group dances and old beautiful songs - guaranteed!
